Abstract Automotive brakes have come a long way, from drum being widely used for time until disc came along and began slowly wiping out the usage of brakes. This is primarily due to number advantages that disc-pad setup brings - better stopping distance one most important aspects any braking system. Apart this, key over include heat dissipation, fade resistance, self-adjusting ability, compact packaging so on. Although too certain with lesser cost manufacturing them, pure superiority outweighs few benefits this has also reflected in market. However, there always scope improvement when it comes structural thermal characteristics brake disc. Researches been carried discover suited materials designs improve overall reduce uneven wear, squealing etc. The aim research analyze new design material combination based on earlier researches decrease deformation provide base improving characteristics.
